Now that vaccines are more accessible, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration announced a new emergency temporary Standard (ETS) that require employers with 100 or more employees to track vaccination status or provide an option for frequent COVID-19 testing. The ETS also outlined on their announcement that employers are required to remove employees who test positive for COVID-19 from the workplace, regardless of vaccination status.
