MyHealthDirect, an Experian company, is a leading provider of digital care coordination solutions that make it easy for patients to access care. The solution enables patients to self-schedule appointments online on any device at any time, and also works in the call center to guide agents to the right provider and appointment. Through a direct integration with the Epic EMR system, appointment bookings are made in real-time. Providers that offer the tool can provide a scheduling experience across any access channel, guide patients to the right provider and reduce call volume and call times for agents handling scheduling requests.
